Our mission is to support national youth development in magic; support the preservation and access of magic history; provide financial assistance to magicians for medical treatment; and other activities intended to further promote interest in the Magical Arts.
With roots dating back over a century, the Society of American Magicians Magic Endowment Fund serves the magic community by offering grants that preserve and promote the art of magic.
From funding educational opportunities for young magicians to providing emergency assistance for performers in need, the MEF offers two separate grant programs that support the magic community.
Your gift to the Magic Endowment Fund helps preserve the art of magic, support aspiring and professional magicians, and provide critical aid to those in need—make a difference today!
Planned Giving is the practice of designating a major gift to a charitable organization while alive or as part of an Estate Plan to leave a legacy. An endowment gift to the Society of American Magicians Magic Endowment Fund is an investment for the future of Magic.
“I was privileged to be the recipient of a Harry and Trudy Monti College Scholarship through the Magic Endowment Fund. The scholarship helped me further my education in magic and business, leading to a career in the performing arts. The MEF has also provided scholarships to my compeers to assist in their growth as young adults and provide a foundation in the wonderful world of magic. I encourage all to donate to the MEF to help grow the art of magic. Thank you.”
The S.A.M. is the oldest fraternal magic organization, connecting professionals, amateurs, manufacturers, magic dealers, book authors and magic collectors around the world.
